Want to learn about Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation?

2. You will speak with the TMS coordinator who will review criteria for TMS. They will also review conditions or circumstances that may rule you in or out as a candidate for TMS.

3. Insurance eligibility will be reviewed and verified.

4. Appointment scheduling with the Psychiatrist for Medical Exam/clearance.

5. Case reviewed with insurance company if required.

6. Cost reviewed and Consent obtained.

Reasons that you shouldn’t undergo TMS can include:
– implant that’s electronic or contains magnetic metal in the skull above the mouth
– bipolar disorder or psychosis
– history of seizures
